Training on Jackfruit Chips- AgriTech(All about Agriculture)

We all know Agriculture is the backbone of our economy so its our first priority is to save Agricultural land . Approximately 80 % of peoples are depending on Agriculture.  Now a days Agriculture entrepreneur plays a vital role in business sector.

The Odisha Rural Development and Marketing Society, with the support of several other organizations, has started a project to provide income to women in the tribal-dominated Koraput district. Since July, over 1,000 tribal women have been trained to prepare tasty, marketable and hygienically prepared jackfruit chips.

There are plenty of jackfruit tree located at Southern part of odisha , according to business sector ORMAS takes a good initiative to make empowerment to tribal women. And many organizations are supporting this project.

AGRAGAMEE : 

Agragamee is the one of organizations who takes all the responsibility to make them entrepreneur. 

We have started a empowerment program by the help of Agragamee in the pandemic situation because peoples has no sources of income.

There are two training has been successfully completed by Agragamee in past one month. 

The first training was at Gulimusa village which is both PKVY & WADI Project area , Dasamantpur block district of Koraput  in 17 july 2021.

We were provided training on Jackfruit Chips to DHARANI MAA PRODUCER GROUP 

Secondly, We went to PKVY Project village Patrabagri,  Dasamantpur block, district of Koraput and provided training on Jackfruit chips to MASHANIPADA PRODUCER GROUP in 20 july 2021 which is helped by ORMAS & Odisha Livelihoods Mission.

According to Internet, Jackfruit is loaded with antioxidants that help in dealing with oxidative stress and inflammation. Vitamin C, carotenoids, and flavanones – all of them have anti-inflammatory properties that help in preventing life-threatening diseases. Now that's a perfect example of a healthy snack.

The main vision of this training was to make them agri-entrepreneur. The The processing and packaging of jackfruit chips were totally hygienic.
